Refiner controlThe TDC sensor had already been invented in the 1970s with the aim of ensuring that distance measurement between the plates in refiners can be achieved accurately in even the most challenging situations. Furthermore, our intention was to provide steering of the gap between grinding segments and therefore enable quality control in the process. These sensors are created with high precision to suit harsh industrial environments with high demands for reliability. Continued development of the sensor resulted in a system called GMS. This system makes it possible to accurately measure and monitor measuring values of, among other things, temperature and vibration inside the refiner. The system gives our customers the possibility of delivering high quality in production throughout the entire process. |
