Dametric presented ConSense - our new technology platform - at IMPC and PulPaper

At the IMPC exhibition in Trondheim and the PulPaper event in Helsinki, we presented our new generation of technology for control and monitoring of refiners.

The new generation of technology represents a combination and further development of our AGS and TDC systems. The new system, ConSense, includes new ConSense Intelligent Segments that enable simultaneous measurement and monitoring of gap, vibration, temperature and conductivity profile. The measurements are transferred wireless for further processing, presentation and analysis. Information from the ConSense system empowers the user to monitor the steam point position and control the dilution water, which in turn results in energy savings, improved pulp quality and reduced segment wear. The ConSense system also gives the user remote access to all necessary data to ensure quick and efficient assistance in daily operation, evaluation and trouble shooting.

Please contact us if you would like to receive further information about ConSense and the system's capabilities. We would also like to thank all visitors to our exhibition booths in Trondheim and Helsinki. More news on ConSense will be published in the coming months.
